If you have Install Windows SharePoint Server and have a problem with LoadBalancer.RegisterLauncher Failed like below

Event ID : 6102

[code]The Application event log has one entry:
Source: Office SharePoint Server
Category: Launcher Service
Event ID: 6102
Description:LoadBalancer.RegisterLauncher failed: Unable to connect
to the remote server[/code]
