How To Configure Windows Firewall Passive Port Range 10000 - 11000 TCP
Below is a simple batch script to open passive port range between 10000 to 11000 TCP.
You can change the port if needed, I just take this as example.
First, login into your windows server box with RDP
Click Start >> Run >> Command
You will see a command prompt box,
Edit a file and name it passive.bat

We assume you already have Windows 2003 / Win2k3 running.
Login as Administrator / Admin privileges using RDP
Click "Start" >> "Control Panel" >> "Windows Firewall"
