Realtek High Definition Audio Driver R2.37
This is the official driver package for Realtek HD Audio Solutions. It includes all driver files, and the control center for Realtek HD-Audio devices for Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 .
The package includes the 32 and the 64 Bit binaries. Realtek HD Audio Driver is supporting all of Realtek HD Audio Codec in Vista/Windows 7/WinXP/Win2000/Win2003 : ALC882, ALC883, ALC885, ALC888, ALC889, ALC861VD, ALC660, ALC662, ALC663, ALC665, ALC260, ALC262,ALC267, ALC268, ALC269, ALC272, ALC273, ALC887.

use latest debian or latest debian kernel.. this should help or try searching the driver in realtek hd audio website.
Audio Settings
I'm using Linux Ubuntu n am facing an issue about audio drivers. While using windows I used to enjoy 5.1 audio support due to Realtek HD audio drivers. I want to use the same i.e 5.1 speakers on Linux Ubuntu 9.10. Any help regarding this issue is welcome and thanks in advance.
